Farma Wiatrowa Postolin zlokalizowana jest we wschodniej części woj. pomorskiego, na pograniczu gminy Sztum (powiat sztumski) i gminy Ryjewo (powiat kwidzyński), na terenie parku elektrowni wiatrowych planuje się wybudowanie 17 turbin wiatrowych o mocy 2MW każda, co daje moc zainstalowaną 34MW. Teren planowanej Farmy Wiatrowej Postolin jest użytkowany głównie rolniczo (grunty orne i użytki zielone). Teren jest pofałdowany a różnice terenu dochodzą do kilkudziesięciu metrów. Obszary leśne występują głównie na zachodnim skraju terenu, a także na wschodzie – pomiędzy Postolinem a Czerninem. Przez centralną część obszaru przepływa niewielka rzeczka – Postolińska Struga. W sąsiedztwie planowanych elektrowni wiatrowych położonych jest kilka miejscowości – Postolin, Sztumska Wieś, Nowa Wieś i Pułkowice.

Accessing and using the website

The use of this website assigns to anyone using it the status of User and implies full acceptance without reservation of each and every one of these General Conditions, without prejudice to the acceptance of any individual conditions which may apply. Access to and use of the website is free of charge for Users and does not in general terms require prior registration of the User.

FERSA reserves the right to modify these conditions, unilaterally, at any time, and without prior notice. In this case the publication and notification will take place providing the maximum possible notice period.  

Equally, FERSA, for the purposes of improving the presentation of the website, reserves the right to modify, extend or temporarily suspend the presentation, configuration, technical specifications, contents and services of the website at any time, unilaterally and without first notifying the User.

FERSA guarantees that all of the contents and services offered in www.fersa.es respect the principles of human dignity, non-discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance, and the protection of children.

The User promises to make good use of the contents and services at www.fersa.es and these cannot be used for illegal activities or activities against public order, national defence or public health. Any use by the User of the contents and services must respect the principles set out in the previous paragraph.

The User is expressly authorised to access all of the information contained on the website, as well as carry out private reproductions of it in their computer systems, as long as this content is for their use only and will not subsequently be transferred to third parties.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

All of the conditions of use established here are governed by Spanish Law. FERSA and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise have recourse, submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the city/town in which the User lives, for any problem that might arise in the provision of the services covered by these general conditions.   

In the event that the User lives outside Spanish Territory, FERSA and the User submit themselves , with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise have recourse, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).


IV. SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Collection and handling of personal data  

With respect to the handling of personal data by FERSA ENERGIAS RENOVABLES, S.A., we must inform you that the User is free to grant the data that may be required from it in the event that a request for information is made.

Through this website, FERSA ENERGIAS RENOVABLES, S.A. collects personal data in an appropriate, pertinent and non-excessive manner for a determined, explicit and legitimate purpose, and therefore under no circumstances will data be used for fraudulent, unfair or unlawful activity.  

Therefore, FERSA ENERGIAS RENOVABLES, S.A guarantees compliance with the Constitutional Act 15/99 of 13 December regarding the Protection of Personal Data. The purpose of the aforementioned Act is to guarantee and protect, in relation to the handling of personal data, the freedoms and the fundamental rights of the individual and especially their honour and their personal and family privacy. As a result, it is a case of protecting the fundamental rights of the individual and, more specifically, those set out in Section 18 of the Spanish Constitution.
