Law. FERSA and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction
to which they may otherwise have recourse, submit themselves to the
jurisdiction of the city/town in which the User lives, for any problem

In the event that the User lives outside Spanish Territory, FERSA and
the User submit themselves , with the express waiver of any other
jurisdiction to which they may otherwise have recourse, to the
jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
IV. SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Collection and handling of personal data
With respect to the handling of personal data by FERSA ENERGIAS
RENOVABLES, S.A., we must inform you that the User is free to grant the
data that may be required from it in the event that a request for
information is made.
Through this website, FERSA ENERGIAS RENOVABLES, S.A. collects personal
data in an appropriate, pertinent and non-excessive manner for a
determined, explicit and legitimate purpose, and therefore under no
